If you are a District Nurse with the relevant Specialist Practitioner Qualification, have the relevant skills and experience and want to support us in providing Best Care: Healthy Communities, take a look at the variety of roles available within BCHC Temporary Staffing
You will be working with a variety of disciplines in the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients to ensure their independence and wellbeing
The post holder will carry out a variety of nursing duties including assessment and care planning including relevant referrals as part of the patients holistic care of health needs, particularly in the areas of personal care, catheter care, bowel care, pressure area care, palliative care, wound management, diabetes and other long term conditions
You will work as part of an experienced team however due to the nature of community working you would work as an autonomous practitioner within the community; this includes home visits or seeing patients in clinic settings
