Full Job Description

The Special School Nurse will work as part of a team to provide, protect and improve the health and wellbeing of children with a range of health needs in achieving their full health and educational potential. They will be responsible for a caseload and will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have continuing responsibility for both direct nursing care and training to health and educational staff on the management of nursing issues. The Special School Nurse will work in partnership with the Doctor and Therapy Team in assessing, reviewing and meeting the needs of children and young people.,
