    Main duties of the job

    The successful candidate will be a member of the senior corporate Allied Health Professional team within the Nursing and Therapies directorate and will be responsible for;

    Strengthening clinical leadership within the Trust, ensuring active clinical engagement and professional leadership of all Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

    Undertake a designated range of service improvements, and innovative quality improvement solutions that will positively impact on the productivity and standards of care provided.

    Focusing on the continued modernisation of clinical services through the provision of professional support, leadership and supervision of AHPs and ensure the recommendations of the National AHP Strategy;

    AHPs Deliver are fully implemented

    Working as part of a cohesive team in the implementation and on-going development of AHPs in line with the trust's vision and strategic direction.,
