Our beautiful, 53-bed Ribble Court Care Home, opened two years ago, features state-of-the-art facilities, including a bistro, hair salon, dedicated dining and lounge areas, and landscaped gardens. This modern setting provides a comfortable, uplifting environment supported by advanced care planning and nurse-call technology. At Ribble Court, we offer specialized, complex nursing and residential dementia care across dedicated floors, providing person-centered care tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences. As a Bank Night Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: Undertaking all required training to enhance your skills Supporting residents with nighttime personal care, including bathing, toileting, and dressing assistance Conducting regular checks on residents to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the night Assisting residents with repositioning to maintain comfort and prevent pressure sores Documenting care activities and reporting any health concerns or incidents Administering medication where required, following proper procedures and training Providing companionship, emotional support, and reassurance during the night Preparing residents for the day, including morning hygiene routines Working closely with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

A warm, compassionate approach with a positive outlook A genuine interest in the care sector-experience is beneficial but not essential Flexibility to work night shifts as needed to support our residents

£11.61 per hour Shifts: 8pm-8am, Free uniform. Free Meals

  • Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions.
