The post holder will be able to work individually and as part of a team to perform deep cleans across wards and departments in the trust, you will be part of a reactive service who will contribute to the maintenance of a hygienic and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met.,

  • To perform deep clean duties in all parts of the Trust as required.
  • The post holder will be able to work individually and as part of a team to perform deep cleans across wards and departments in the trust, you will be part of a reactive service who will contribute to the maintenance of a hygienic and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met. The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt maintains a register of Temporary Workers "The Bank". Joining the Trust's Bank does not constitute a contract of employment between the bank member and the Trust. The Trust will notify bank members when a suitable assignment arises, and members will be able to choose whether or not to accept it. The bank worker is under no obligation to accept an offer of an assignment., OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES · To perform deep clean duties in all parts of the Trust as required. · The post holder will be required to carry the emergency pager and independently respond to this pager when it is operated. · The post holder covers sickness and holidays of staff and attends site at weekends and nights as required. · To carry out regular cleaning of air conditioning vents and grills · To work without supervision on minor works. · Ability to carry out priority work requirements on essential patient equipment used in patient care package and having a direct impact to the whole patient experience i.e., patient toilets/wash facilities. · Must be able to communicate with a range of staff and clients on at all levels. · Ability to prioritise changing workloads and to act pro-actively to address work requests in conjunction with Mechanical Supervisor/Estates Officer. · Ability to understand and comment on maintenance policies. · Maintain and repair health service property and equipment. · To assist other trades as required Important Your application form must include a complete record of your employment history.
