Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Pharmacist to join our fully staffed Pharmacy team at HMP Risley. HMP Risley is a category C Prison located in Warrington Cheshire. The prison houses around 1095 patients with. Within this role you will be patient facing, dispencing, delivering clinical screening and structured medication reviews. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team include another pharmacist to ensure the delivery of high quality prison pharmaceutical service., As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:

  • Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
  • Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring a safe and modern medicines management services
  • Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians

    We are looking for caring, compassionate but also driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for a fair and inclusive healthcare access to all., Registered Pharmacist - holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
  • Relevant post qualification

    This a bank role with an hourly salary of £29.54
