Full Job Description
This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Bank Reconciliation Assistant to help us continue this success. Reporting to the Bank Reconciliation Supervisor, you ll ensure that daily downloads of balances, transactions, supplementary lists and consolidated reports are actioned. You ll carry our daily reconciliations ensuring that you investigate and report any unmatched items. You will also: - Move Bank and Ledger files for data file importing - Carry out credit card reconciliations and monthly ledger reconciliations - Update and manage the Cashbook unmatched report as well as carry out the monthly review and closure of all bank accounts in cashbook - Carry out quarterly downloads of statements for audit purposes - Assist with manual payments and transfers, carrying out bank account verifications as required, All postholders will be subject to appropriate pre-employment vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to appointment.
