This advert is for Weston Adults inpatient services.

In order to undertake this role you must have:
- Experience working within an acute healthcare setting for a minimum of 6 months within the past 12 months.
- Work a minimum of 2 shifts, in a rolling 3 month period and remain compliant with all essential training, to remain in post
- Must be willing to work days/lates
- Please note you will be expected to do 5 days of induction within a week period

As a Healthcare Support Worker you will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of the highest standard of quality care to our patients, working alongside registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. Your role will include a wide range of tasks, from providing personal and intimate care to undertaking clinical observations. A Healthcare Support Worker will be competent to provide compassionate care to agreed quality standards.
You will be required to follow stringent policies such as infection control and manual handling policies and keep your clinical and non-clinical colleagues informed of outcomes. In addition, you will be providing emotional and physical support to patient's and their families.
