Full Job Description

Norfolk Community Health & Care NHS Trust's Temporary Worker Service (TWS) is looking to recruit Registered Nurses (General) and Registered Nursing Associates within all localities in the trust. We require Adult (General) Nurses to work in our Inpatient units and within our community teams. The Trust also has an Out of Hours night service which require Staff Nurses., Community Role - To contribute in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within their own homes, care homes, the travelling community and/or in clinics, by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care.

Inpatient Role - Responsible for the delivery of care and the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual plans of care, working effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team, maintain high standards of patient care under the direction of a Senior Nurse and work in accordance with the standards set by the Nursing/Midwifery Professional Bodies and Trust Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.

You must have a current NMC registration and a minimum of 6 months experience post registration.

You will be caring, compassionate, motivated and enthusiastic, as well as having a keen interest in patient care and possess good communication skills. We require individuals who are forward thinking, well organised with a positive attitude towards flexibility.
