Bank Support Services Assistant

The Bank Support Services Assistant role at Ty Gwyn Hall involves providing and maintaining a high level of cleanliness, completing housekeeping documents, reporting equipment malfunctions, using appropriate cleaning equipment, and promoting and following government and company measures. The role also includes serving food and beverages to service users, staff, and visitors, maintaining storage procedures and stock rotation, and assisting catering staff with meal preparation and cooking., As a Bank Support Services Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas. You will also work alongside the catering team to support the chefs in preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and assisting with deliveries. The role requires an eye for detail, the ability to enjoy cleaning, and good communication skills. Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP, as well as experience in a similar role and environment, would be beneficial.
