Bank Support Worker

This is an opportunity to join Elysium Healthcare as a Bank Support Worker, working at Aberbeeg Hospital in Abertillery. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, paid induction, and a range of benefits including free meals and parking, mandatory training, wellbeing support, and pension contribution., As a Bank Support Worker, you will join an inclusive and supportive team that works together to provide care to people with a range of Mental Health conditions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. It's a challenging but rewarding environment, and you'll need a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to succeed. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.
