Full Job Description
This is a temporary Bank Support Worker role at Elysium Healthcare's rehabilitation and recovery service in Abergavenny, Wales. The role involves providing care for people with mental health conditions, with flexible shift options and a range of benefits including a competitive hourly rate and paid induction. The successful candidate will be an experienced Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker with a positive attitude, compassion, and resilience to work in a challenging but rewarding environment., As a Bank Support Worker, you will join a team that works together to provide care for people with Mental Health conditions. You will utilize your experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker to support service users in their recovery journey. The role can be challenging at times, requiring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance. However, it is highly rewarding to see people improve and be able to do something today that they couldn't do the week before, thanks to your support. You'll be working at a rehabilitation and recovery service with 24/7 operations and 12.5-hour standard shifts, giving you the freedom to choose the shifts you want to work each week.
