Banking & Finance Solicitor / Associate

You will have the opportunity to work on transactions both on the lender and borrower side, offering a bespoke premium service. It is about both your technical expertise and your commercial instincts.

You'll benefit from exposure to a full breadth of work opportunities, including :

- acquisition finance

- real estate finance

- clearing bank panel transactions

- supporting the firm's Corporate team on MBO's and PE work

- supporting the firm's R&I team on restructurings
