Banking - Senior Associate (6PQE) - Manchester

We act on lending transactions across a wide variety of sectors and product areas. Clients span the lending universe from established UK and international banks and alternative lenders through to private equity sponsors, corporates and technology start-ups. The team houses the venture debt practice acting for venture debt providers and many early-stage companies. We are a part of the firm's start-up program supporting over 100 early stage businesses, many of which we have introduced as clients to the firm. We are looking for somebody with strong experience in corporate lending and/or venture debt and growth finance.

• experience in corporate lending and/or venture debt and growth finance
• good working knowledge of LMA documentation
• at least 6 years PQE
• an ability to run transactions and manage junior associates/trainees
  
  The corporate and leveraged finance team sits within the finance group at CMS. The team deals with a number of varied and interesting practice areas including TMT finance, corporate lending (including corporate real estate lending) and venture debt and growth finance.
