Banqueting Floor Manager - London

Responsible for the smooth running of our banqueting events. Directing the team to deliver the requirements specified by the event organiser to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience. As a Banqueting Floor Manager, you will be based in our stunning and palatial Pall Mall clubhouse and deliver a consistent and professional conference or banqueting experience that is memorable and leaves members and their guests feeling highly satisfied. Offering a luxurious environment Pall Mall is home to a variety of high-profile events including conferences, committee events, private parties and weddings. We average over 40,000 covers a year in banqueting alone.,

• Liaise with Chefs
• Hold staff event briefings
• Ensure event runs according to the specific requirements set out by the event organiser
  
  Previous experience in a luxury banqueting environment, working to tight deadlines
• Demonstrable experience of managing floor staff
• Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experience at all times
• Good communication skills
