Full Job Description

  • Our Barbacks are responsible for keeping the bar stocked before and throughout services
  • Barbacks are also responsible for ensuring our guest glasses and washed and proudly presented
  • As an integral part of the team, the Barbacks are often the eyes of the team ensuring a clean, safe and efficient environment for guests and colleagues

    Ownership - feels the responsibility and is reliable at keeping the bar afloat, anticipating their team's and guest needs
  • Agile, good at working independently using common sense but also comfortable as part of a team, and always meticulously presented
  • Previous experience in a luxury environment an advantage
  • You must be comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
