Full Job Description
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times - this is an absolute must.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and spirits, adhering to our high-quality standards.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating the cash register and handling customer payments.
- Contribute to the establishment of efficient bar processes and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and bar floor.
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment and training record.
The Roundhouse Bar & Kitchen is seeking passionate and customer-oriented bar floor staff members to join our team as we build an exceptional hospitality experience. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Prior experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential. We value personality and willingness to learn over previous experience.
