Bar Manager

Your duties will include:

• Being responsible for stock and money on the bars.
• Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
• Recruiting, training, developing and managing all bar staff.
• Ensuring all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
  
  The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
