We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages and food, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
Meanwhile, as a Bar person/Cleaner/Warden, you will be responsible for helping the bar manager and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, providing our guests with a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain an organised bar area and ensuring cleanliness throughout the bar facilities.
Provide a small bar menu and provide cooked food, adhering to food safety regulations.
Supervise and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering queries regarding the food and drink menu.
Monitor inventory levels, assisting with stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced till.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Experience
The successful candidate should have:
Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety practices relevant to food preparation and beverage service.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is advantageous but not essential.

Job Type: Part or Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week
Additional pay: Yearly bonus
