You are the face of one of the coolest and trendy cocktail & wine bar in Hertfordshire.

What's the role?

• Lead, train, and motivate bartenders, barbacks, and servers to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive guest atmosphere.


• Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail menu with high-quality ingredients.


• Monitor industry trends and update the menu accordingly.


• Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.


• Implement practices to minimise waste and maximise profitability.


• Ensure prompt, attentive service, address guest feedback, and resolve any issues professionally.


• Monitor sales, analyse financial reports, set revenue targets, and control costs to optimise profitability.


• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular inspections.


• Provide ongoing training to enhance staff skills and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.


• Plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.


• Support the GM with marketing to increase brand awareness and drive sales.


• Support the site in creating a great and welcoming environment


• Encouraging the team to take pride in their work and provide highest standards of service

• Communicate effectively with your managers, your team and the guests
