Bar Staff

We are seeking dedicated Bar Staff to join our team at a vibrant establishment at the heart of village on the outskirts of Ashby de la Zouch The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude

- Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Monitor customer needs and promptly address any issues or requests

- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards

- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies

Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous, although training will be given to the right applicants.

- Proficiency in basic maths for handling cash transactions

- Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail preparation

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
