Full Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Bar Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality setting. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the restaurant industry and possess strong bartending skills., Prepare and serve beverages to customers - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area - Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations - Handle cash transactions and operate the till - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations - Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient service - Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
- Experinced minimum of 2 years
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customers identification and age verification
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available.
- Be able to perform barrel/keg changes also gas when stock runs out,
- some lone working will be required So needs to be a confident individual
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is desirable - Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions - Knowledge of bartending techniques - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Understanding of food safety practices, - Hospitality: 1 year (required)
