Full Job Description
From greeting guests and taking orders, to drink service, you will be the first point of contact for all our guests, so excellent verbal communication skills are required. As the face of Center Parcs you will make a great lasting impression and ensure that guests return to us over and over again. Other responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness of the bar area, cash handling and bar service. HOURS OF WORK Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. These shifts will fall across 3-4 days after 5pm. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
- Due to bar service, applicants must be aged 18 years or over
- Ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
- Naturally cheerful and friendly Desirable requirements:
- Experience in a food and beverage or customer service
