Full Job Description
- + Greet and serve customers with a smile. + Assist in serving food and drinks, while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene and maintaining stock levels. + Help other departments as and when needed, providing excellent customer service. + Ensure all transactions are accurately processed, and cash handling procedures are followed. + Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. + Provide helpful and informative advice to guests, promoting the facilities and services on offer. + Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
