Bar Team Member

As a Bar Team Member at our Stonegate Group location in Crawley, West Sussex, United Kingdom, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining a clean and tidy bar area, and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks
• Maintain a clean and tidy bar area, including stocking and rotating inventory, cleaning equipment and glassware, and disposing of waste properly
• Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met, including taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing laws
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  
  Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in the catering and hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws
