Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Present menus and provide detailed information when necessary

- Take customer orders accurately and relay them promptly

- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required

- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area, bar, all areas around the pub

- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous, though training will be given to right applicant

- Proficiency in basic maths for order processing and bill calculations

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues

- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service

- Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices in a restaurant setting advantageous
