You will be helping the Bartender with the orders and preparing Lassi, mocktails, wines, and soft drinks to be served to the guests.
You will be responsible for stocking up the bar fridges and shelves
You will be responsible for loading the glass washing machine and ensuring the glasses are polished.
You will be disposing of the waste and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar.
You will be learning cocktail recipes and preparation methods during the lunch shifts.

We are looking for a Barback with a keen interest in learning cocktails and progressing into a Bartender s role within a few months., Some experience a similar role

The city's oldest Indian restaurant Veeraswamy is recruiting. Now in its 98th year overlooking Regent Street, the restaurant remains a standard bearer for Indian cuisine in London, with luxuriously ornate interiors paying a modern homage to its long history.

35 hours a week. 2 double shifts and 2-3 evening shifts a week. Double shift from 11.00 am to 3.30 pm and 5.00 until closing.
