Full Job Description

As a Bistro Supervisor / Barista, you will join the support services team. Our Bistro Supervisors and Baristas assist the hospitality team in the day to day running of the Bistro and support them to enhance our residents' dining experience. This includes undertaking hygiene and general hospitality tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will assist in serving refreshments to residents and their families during visits. Additionally, you will help serve all main meals during mealtimes.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Bistro Supervisor / Barista. Experience working in a hospitality setting is desirable, but more importantly, we are looking for individuals who are committed to ensuring our residents receive a welcoming and high-quality dining experience. We value personal growth of our Bistro Supervisors / Baristas, so you will have the opportunity to participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge for a successful and safe work environment.
