Barista

A stunning B&I location in Nuneaton for a global provider of automotive engineering, research and test services. Catering for approximately 1200 people daily. We offer lunch, coffee shop, roaming food van and a good amount of high end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Friday operation. Additional benefits of this location is a free bus shuttle service.,

• To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
• Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
• Manage payments and any cash handling.
• Daily stock takes of products available

• Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
Knowledge / competencies: Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills. Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
