Serve hot drinks and all food to the highest standard Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner To assist with food preparation in kitchen To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules. Under the guidance of the GM / AGM ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date. Work with colleagues to maintain food availability during service periods. Clean and replenish vending machines, if necessary, with change and product and deal with minor vending issues (blocked cans/incorrect loading).
