Our trust website is: https://www.northlondonmentalhealth.nhs.uk, We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable and well organised individual to provide administrative/secretarial support to our multi-disciplinary Generic Team
The role will include:-
+ Answering telephone enquiries from colleagues, patients, other agencies and the general public
+ Providing administrative and project support to the team
+ Using a range of IT systems including RiO & Microsoft Office
+ Reporting and analyzing information to support the delivery of clinical work
+ Organising meetings ( including minute taking), and assisting with the smooth running of the service
+ Developing and maintaining data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data and effective workflow.
You will have at least 2 years' experience of administration or secretarial work.
if the maxium number of applicantions is met this post will close early., To provide a high quality administrative, clerical and reception service for patients and their carers who access the Trust services.
The post holder will encompass regular telephone liaison with external agencies.
You will be required to use your initiative in all aspects of secretarial and clerical work to efficiently prioritise work and meet deadlines, as the service requires.
Your duties will encompass regular liaison regarding the keeping of the appointments diary typing of letters and reports, taking and transcribing minutes at meetings as necessary, telephone liaison as necessary with external agencies and making appointments at the request of the service. You will assist in the maintenance of records, filing, faxing and photocopying and any duties essential to the comprehensive secretarial support service you will provide.
The post holder will be an active member and contribute to the effective operation of a multi-disciplinary team.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
