Full Job Description

We are looking for experienced Bartenders to join our team working on our Tempus and Events Bars What you'll be doing Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you can expect your typical working day to include:

  • To responsible for the set-up of the Tempus and Events Bar, to ensure that the bar is ready for service, whether that be for a relaxing evening service or for a Christmas Party, Wedding or Special occasion.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the bar areas, supporting in the cleanup and maintenance tasks
  • Serving drinks in the Tempus Bar - including table service to give the best experience to our guests.
  • Be knowledgeable on our beer, wine and Bar and Restaurant food menus, to enable to upsell to our guests.
  • To have a good knowledge of different food service techniques to serve all food and drinks correctly and to the required standard.
  • To assist with other Food and Beverage areas, Conferencing and Events when required.

You will be confident in running the overall service of the Bar, and be an individual who enjoys sharing their knowledge, pride and passion for the hospitality industry.
  • To succeed in the role of Bartender, you will need the following qualities and skills
  • A warm demeanour and service-oriented personality
  • As an excellent communicator you will use your ability to create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Able to demonstrate teamwork and team spirit, as you will be working closely with the other Food & Beverage areas.
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience desired
  • Able to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
