Full Job Description
The Bartender is ultimately responsible for the entire guest experience in the bar and lounge as well as the beverage production, quality, and dispensing of all drinks going to the bar, lounge, and restaurant. The Bartender will have the support of a Barback in order to achieve this. From ordering to recommendations, service detailing and situation handling, the Bartender will, as well, have the support of the Head Bartender, Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager at their disposal in order to deliver an optimum guest experience.
