5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name. We are currently looking for a Bartender to join our First Floor Team.   • The responsibilities of our Bartender are:
  • Preparation of classic and modern cocktails as well as full drinks.
  • Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
  • Table service to members and their guests

    Experience working within a similar role
  • Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous, English - Advanced

    Shifts are 9 hours between Monday - Saturday and between 11am - 3am on a rota basis.
  • The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year., up to £36,500 yearly
