Base Manager Are you an experienced leader with the ability to motivate your team and achieve targets? Are you seeking a new challenge or new career opportunity? Are you ambitious, driven, and keen to progress, or perhaps you are seeking your first management role? If so, Marston Holdings are seeking a talented Base Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organisational skills. You will be able to prioritise and manage and communicate at all levels. You will be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude and able to work closely with other departments to deliver client requirements. You will;

  • Be responsible for the direct management up to 25 Operational Staff including Supervisors, Civil Enforcement Officers and Maintenance Officers.
  • Provide support and direction for on-street Supervisors and frontline.
  • Be responsible for the management of all on street operations.
  • Be responsible for delivery of all KPIs.
  • Effectively manage staff rotas, holidays and overtime.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of staff performance, mentoring and supporting staff in order to deliver best in class service to our client.
  • Liaise with our client regarding operational performance.
  • Manage HR and Payroll for your team.
  • Recruit staff as needed in line with budgets.
  • Ensure our fleet of electric vehicles are correctly maintained.
