This approach requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to challenge and educate them on solutions that can transform their business.Your Role: Engage with customers to build a deep understanding of their business challenges.Provide sales leadership for battery energy storage and power solutions.Drive all aspects of business planning, sales, and business development.Develop and execute sales strategies, and set personal goals.Become an expert in renewable energy and energy storage products and their benefits to the customers.Provide technical support, product training, and customer service to existing and potential clients.Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners in the utility, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.Use insights and data to challenge customers' thinking and introduce innovative solutions.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
