Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM / Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, and the ability to analyse market trends to develop effective strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role will comprise managing existing spending accounts as well as hunting new business opportunities. Duties - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure service delivery excellence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, support and wider sales team to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions. - Prepare presentations and proposals for clients that articulate the value of our services and products.

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Must have own car to commute to office and client meetings,
