Full Job Description

As a Be Well Administrator you will work as part of the busy Administration team to be the first point of contact for all

referrals within the service and process all the data needed to ensure the successful running of Be Well. Experience of working within a call centre environment would be beneficial, but not essential, due to the high numbers of referrals and telephone calls we receive to the service. What we need from you

  • You will be skilled at working with databases and talking to customers by phone in a busy office.
  • You will have strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • You will have the ability to manage different work streams at once.
  • You will have a positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude.

Be Well is a health and wellbeing service that works with people in Manchester who have multiple lifestyle issues that they wish to change. A team of coaches and specialist workers in employment, advice and benefits, healthy lifestyles and early help work on a one-to-one and group basis with individuals to help improve their health and wellbeing.

  • £24,90 per annum salary (NJC Point 5)
  • A fixed term contract (until March 31st, 2025, but may be extended), 35 hours per week, to be worked over 5 days between 9am
  • and 5pm.
  • Based at the Be Well Administration offices at the Zion Centre in Hulme, Manchester, however currently we operate a hybrid
  • working system with some work being done from home, business need, and service delivery will always lead on this and may change where you could be expected to work from the office Monday to Friday
  • Some travel may be required to our offices in Manchester depending on service requirements.
