Beautiful quiet countryside home in friendly village with superb walks

Quiet village house with two dogs, nine chickens and a lovely garden which backs onto open fields. Friendly local pub next to village cricket club ground. Beautiful rural walks on many local footpaths. Stunning rural retreat with chance to see lots of local wildlife including delightful songbirds. Enjoy eggs from our hens and garden produce from our veg patch depending n the season! Modern 5 bedroom house with central heating and a wood burner. Large comfortable bedroom available with queen size bed and comfy armchair, quiet and peaceful, beautiful view across garden and open fields. Bath and power shower. Second bedroom available for guest. Sky TV including Sky Sports in living room, kitchen and breakfast room. Fast fibre optic broadband, wifi throughout the house. Landline phone (via broadband). Covered area for sitting out in garden., Responsibilities: Dogs - let out in secure garden. Fed twice daily. Walked once daily for 30 minutes on lead is fine. Pip has medication with morning food. They both love attention and affection - as much as they can get! Hens kept in a secure area of the garden. Hen house has automatic door which opens and closes but we check them morning and last thing at night to make sure they are all in. and ok. Top up feed in feeder and water. Collect lots of eggs!
