Lancaster City Council is recruiting into an exciting post to work at the award-winning Tranquil Spa within Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an enthusiastic and passionate Spa and Beauty team and work with beautiful products such as Elemis, Ishga and Jessica.

We are looking for a results focused and enthusiastic individual with a desire to contribute to the continuing success of Tranquil Spa and Salt Ayre leisure centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of treatments to clients and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are always delivered to our valued customers. We expect you to be able carry out reception duties when required and adhere to a cleaning regime in order to maintain a clean and tidy Spa and treatment area. The post holder is required to have relevant qualifications including a NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty.

The Spa Facility includes three treatment rooms, two nail bars, spray tanning and a thermal suite offering the UK's first water mill sauna, a herbal sauna, salt inhalation steam and aromatherapy steam rooms.

This role is permanent. Hours of work are 20 hours per week on a rota basis to suit the needs of the business.
