Bed Manager

The recruitment team at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team here within Southampton children's hospital.

We are looking for someone with fantastic communication skills and an eye for problem solving to join our Bed Management team.

This is a fast paced role integral to supporting operational delivery of both elective and emergency pathways for patients requiring the children's hospital services. You will manage the bed availability across the Children's Hospital working closely with multidisciplinary teams.We are looking for someone who can be flexible and work over a 4 week shift pattern.

The Child Health bed managers currently provide a 7 day service covering the hours of 07:00-20:00
