Full Job Description

Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for a child-centred Before & After-School Club Supervisor to run our new Early Birds and Night Owls club. Our new supervisor will work alongside our new assistant and together provide a high quality before and after school provision for our children. This role is specifically to run the provision but there may be further opportunities to work within the wider school. Our provision opens at 7:30am and closes at 6:00pm.

  • Early Birds 7:30-9:00 (1.5 hours)
  • Night Owls 3:30-6:00 (2.5 hours)
  • As a Before/After School Club Supervisor you will:
  • Direct the Before/After School Club Assistant and together provide high quality provision for our children.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge and skills in supporting children, including those with additional needs, to foster and maintain children's interest in learning and play.
  • Provide sensitive and empathetic pastoral support to all children.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour for all children.
