Behaviour Administrator

Reporting to: Assistant Headteacher of Attitudes and Behaviour

Working weeks: 38 weeks per annum (Term time only)

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

08.30am - 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday)

08.30am - 4.00pm (Friday

Grade: D - Points 4 - 5 (£23,114.00 - £23,500.00 full time equivalent)

Actual salary: £19,327.05 based on 38 weeks per annum, 37 hours per week + a very generous local government pension scheme.

Job Purpose

To provide a range of administrative duties to specifically support the Assistant Headteacher of Attitudes and Behaviour.

Job Description

Detentions

Produce the daily detention list

Ensure that all students are in the correct detentions

Share the detention list with all staff

Set up the detention area daily

Send communications to parents/carers regarding the detention

Monitor the detention register and action any non-attenders escalating this using the behaviour policy

Behaviour monitoring weekly reports.

Produce weekly, half termly, termly and annual behaviour monitoring reports for heads of year, heads of department and the Senior Leadership Team.

Behaviour intervention documents

Produce all behaviour intervention documents such as student reports, behaviour contracts.

Record all intervention documents on the Behaviours actions log.

Monitor intervention expiry dates and notify the relevant staff.

Behaviour Letters

Prepare all behaviour related letters/notifications regarding internal exclusions

Deputise for the Headteachers PA with the suspensions, permanent exclusion letters in their absence

Synergy Monitoring

Monitor synergy for 'on call' support and communicate this to staff member on duty
