We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Learning Support Assistants to join an Outstanding school in Croydon. As a Behaviour Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping young people aged 5 to 18 achieve their full potential, both academically and personally., + Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEMH needs
+ Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
+ Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
+ Support students in managing their behaviour and emotions
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
+ Participate in school activities and events

+ Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an SEMH setting
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young people
+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
+ Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students
+ Relevant qualifications in education or support work are desirable but not essential
