Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor committed to improving the lives of vulnerable young people?

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor with excellent communication skills, who embodies our values of being positive, pupil centred and professional. The successful candidate will specialise in/ or have experience working with learners with SEMH to join our fantastic team at The Pioneers' Centre.

We welcome applicants from an array of backgrounds including those who have experience in alternative educational settings, those who have worked with pupils in care, school support, social care, sports and coaching backgrounds or similar professions and training.
