Full Job Description

You will be joining our Behaviour Team to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and improving their educational experience. The core focus of this role will be supporting small groups of pupils, getting to know their needs and how best to manage and encourage their learning. You will use your pupil knowledge to advise teaching staff on how to get the most of each pupil, adapting activities to meet their individual needs. You will monitor pupil progress and follow support strategies designed to encourage pupil development and wellbeing., The supporting information section of your application should clearly evidence your ability to meet the requirements we have outlined in the job description & person specification.
