Full Job Description

To work within the pastoral team, in assisting the achievement coordinators and senior leadership team in supporting students with their personal development and management of behaviour on a day-to-day basis.

  • be confident in managing challenging behaviours and your ability to control them and remain calm
  • have the ability to engage with students and build a rapport
  • have the ability to implement and monitor behaviour management strategies
  • contribute to school wide knowledge and skills in behaviour management
  • possess excellent organisational skills combined with the ability to prioritise time and tasks in order to meet deadlines and provide a friendly and efficient service, This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
