Full Job Description

Working under guidance, you will implement work programmes for individuals/groups, which could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas, including behaviour support. You will provide specialist support for students identified as needing behaviour support and have additional educational needs as well as providing in class support for all students as directed.

Has the ability to build strong positive relationships with students
Is resilient and has experience in providing educational support with strong discipline
Has enthusiasm, presence and authority with a positive, can-do attitude
Is highly organised, motivated and driven to succeed
Is able to support students who exhibit challenging behaviour
