Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced manager, to take responsibility for a team of Behaviour support and Education behaviour support workers, ensuring the support they provide meets the needs of the young people. You will demonstrate your commitment to working with children and young people to support the best possible outcomes
In addition, you will deputise for the team manager and need to be confident in decision making, have an evidenced understanding of safeguarding and be able to work to CQC Domiciliary Care Standards., A minimum of 2 years proven experience involving directly supporting individuals who communicate their unmet needs through their behaviour. You will be familiar in developing and supporting the delivery of Positive Behaviour Support strategies.
