Behaviour Support Officer

Eastern High are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated member of staff to support the operational aspects of our Culture for Learning / Behaviour Support system.

The successful candidate will lead and organise the isolation / reflection and detention bases and ensure both are running effectively within the school. They will work as part of the lesson duty team to respond to duty calls within the Culture for Learning system at Eastern High.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have an interest in or willingness to explore learners with behavioural needs, in addition to restorative and trauma informed practices.

Grade 5 Spinal Point 11-19. FTE salary range £25,979 - £29,777 which will need to be pro rata'd for a term time contract
